Stability Direct has proudly partnered with a respected critical access hospital in northwest Missouri, known for its strong leadership and commitment to exceptional patient care. This facility offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, rehabilitation, and surgical procedures, all designed to meet the needs of the surrounding communities.

About the Facility and Area

At this hospital, there is a strong culture of growth, support, and teamwork. Leadership isn’t just about titles—it’s about experience, commitment, and the kind of mentorship that comes from walking in the same shoes as their staff. The CEO started as the Chief Nursing Officer and has been with the hospital for 19 years. The current CNO began as a staff RN and has dedicated 18 years to the organization, working the floor daily alongside her team. Even the Med-Surg Director climbed the ranks from LPN to Director. When they say they understand the demands of nursing, they mean it—because they’ve lived it.

While Fairfax itself is a small, tight-knit community, many staff members choose to live in larger towns just 30-60 minutes away, such as Merryvale, St. Joseph, or even Omaha, NE, which offers big-city amenities while still allowing for a rewarding career in a hospital where nurses are truly valued.
